Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 14-days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
*Returns must be approved before sending. Return instructions and address will be provided after approval.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us in advance.
All cancellation requests must be reviewed and approved by our team.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
A cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations:
- Full-size bottles: 5% per item,
- Decants and samples: Fee may vary depending on size and quantity.
The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Decants and samples
- Tester bottles
- Items without original packaging or box
- Opened or used items
- Final sale items
Restocking Fee:
- Full-size bottles: A restocking fee of up to 20% will apply to eligible returns.
- Decants and samples: Fee may vary based on size and quantity.
*Restocking Fee applies to returned items after delivery. Cancellation Fee applies to orders canceled before shipment.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Claims must be reported within 3 days with photo proof.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days for decants and samples.
Full-size bottles typically require 2–3 weeks for processing and fulfillment.
Pre-order items may take longer depending on availability and supplier timelines.

Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Right to Refuse:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
