Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us.  
All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval.  

A 5% cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations.  

Once an order has entered processing (including sourcing or preparation), it cannot be canceled.

Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment, subject to the 5% cancellation fee. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.  

If an order has been delivered and is eligible for return, a total fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and restocking costs.  

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

Siena Fragrance reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.  

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
