Considered one of the best perfumers of his time, Maurice Roucel is often characterized as a legend. Born in Normandy, trained as a chemist, and educated at Chanel, perfumery has been his playground since the 1970s. Humble and hardworking, he often impresses with his authentic personality. He has worked as a perfumer for the most prestigious houses, allowing him to create some of the most iconic fragrances in the industry. At the same time, he also participated in the creation of niche brands, notably alongside Frédéric Malle.
